THREE points are up for grabs for both Tranent and Musselburgh Athletic tonight (Wednesday).
Both sides are back in league action with Tranent travelling to Gala Fairydean Rovers in the Scottish Lowland Football League (SLFL) and Musselburgh hosting Whitburn in the top flight of the East of Scotland Football League (EoSFL).
Gala Fairydean Rovers v Tranent
Scottish Lowland Football League
Kick-off 7.45pm
STRUGGLING Gala Fairydean Rovers are the destination for Tranent on their latest away trip.
The Belters head to the Borders on the back of a Scottish Junior Cup triumph over Petershill at the weekend.
Their hosts sit third bottom of the table while Tranent are just five points off of top spot.
Victory for the visitors should be enough to edge them up the standings.
Musselburgh Athletic v Whitburn Juniors
East of Scotland Football League Premier Division
Kick-off 7.30pm
SECOND plays third at the top of the EoSFL Premier Division.
Musselburgh have enjoyed an impressive start to the campaign and have lost only once in the league.
That puts them one point behind early pacesetters Jeanfield Swifts.
However, Whitburn have enjoyed their own good start in the top flight and are two points behind their hosts, having played a game more.
