FIVE-STAR Tranent bounced back from their Scottish Cup exit to pick up three points last night (Wednesday).
Jonny Stewart’s men travelled to University of Stirling on the back of losing 4-0 at Dundee North End.
And they got over the cup shock in fine fashion as they were 4-0 up before the half time break.
Danny Handling scored a first half treble while Conor Doan also found the net.
Rob McIntyre wrapped up the scoring in the second half as Tranent moved up to fifth in the Scottish Lowland Football League.
On Sunday, Tranent travel to Broomhill in search for three more points.
