MUSSELBURGH Athletic and Haddington Athletic made it two wins out of two at the start of the East of Scotland Football League (EoSFL) season.
Both sides followed up opening day wins with another victory and lead the way at the top of the EoSFL Premier Division.
Elsewhere, Dunbar United were edged out at Glenrothes.
In the First Division, Preston Athletic put on a five-star performance in defeating Thornton Hibs and Ormiston Primrose got their first win of the season away to Pumpherston.
In the Scottish Lowland Football League, Tranent lost out in a topsy-turvy contest at home to Berwick Rangers.
Adam McGowan had the hosts in front before Jonny Devers and Arran Laidlaw put the visitors ahead going into the half time interval.
Dean Brett levelled from the penalty spot but Berwick would take all three points when Matthew Collins scored late on.
Meanwhile, Musselburgh made it two wins out of two and two clean sheets.
Aiden Walsh opened the scoring at home to Luncarty on 12 minutes before Jordan Smith doubled the advantage six minutes later.
Smith would go on to net from the penalty spot before Callum Donaldson made it four before the break.
The goals dried up in the second half but Bob Wilson netted with 15 minutes left.

Haddington had enjoyed a 5-2 win over Glenrothes on the opening day but goals were harder to come by at Hutchison Vale.
The Edinburgh side missed a penalty before Ross King’s long distance effort proved decisive.
Taylor Hendry had given Dunbar a half time lead but Jordan McKenzie equalised for Glenrothes.
The winner would come four minutes from time when Cooper Thomson scored to give the hosts the win.
In the First Division, Preston Athletic took an early lead at Thornton Hibs through Michael McFarlane.
A goal up at the break, there were plenty of goals after the break.
An own goal doubled Preston’s advantage but the hosts were quickly back in the game at 2-1.
McFarlane got his second of the game to restore the two-goal lead and Neilson Combe made sure of the points with 20 minutes left to play.
Finally, player/boss Paul Currie smashed home to wrap up an impressive win.
In the Third Division, Ormiston Primrose did it the hard way at Pumpherston.
The West Lothian side had opened up a two-goal lead before Jacob Riley pulled one back.
Zac Scally levelled things up and there was time for a winner as player/boss Guy Kerr popped up with the decisive goal.
