FORMER SPFL stalwarts Cowdenbeath will visit Ormiston Primrose in the South Challenge Cup.
Ten years ago, the Fife outfit were rubbing shoulders with Rangers, Hearts and Hibernian in the second tier of Scottish football. However, three relegations have them playing their football in the Lowland League.
Cowdenbeath, managed by former Raith Rovers and Brechin City defender Dougie Hill, will visit New Recreation Park on September 14.
Haddington Athletic are the only other East Lothian team with home advantage in the second round. The Hi Hi will welcome Kilsyth Athletic, who play in the West of Scotland Football League (WoSFL) Third Division.
Elsewhere, Tranent renew their rivalry with East Kilbride, who knocked out Ian Little’s men on their way to lifting the trophy last term.
Dunbar United have to wait to find out their opponents, with Dundonald Bluebell and Troon yet to play their first-round match.
Musselburgh Athletic head west when they take on Saltcoats Victoria, who finished at the foot of the bottom tier of the WoSFL last season.
Preston Athletic have a trip to Vale of Leithen, who last season suffered a third successive relegation.
