The prop, who spent his career with Edinburgh, played in two Rugby World Cups.

Now, he will work with the charity which aims to empower and support individuals who are living in complex and challenging circumstances.

Jacobsen joins fellow rugby stars including Fraser Brown, Rhona Lloyd and Nick De Luca, as well as boxer Johnny Fisher, as an ambassador.
