A SCOTTISH rugby legend has taken on a role at a sporting charity.
Allan Jacobsen was one of the new ambassadors unveiled at School of Hard Knocks last week.
The former Preston Lodge High School pupil made 65 appearances for Scotland between 2002 and 2012.

The prop, who spent his career with Edinburgh, played in two Rugby World Cups.
Now, he will work with the charity which aims to empower and support individuals who are living in complex and challenging circumstances.
Jacobsen joins fellow rugby stars including Fraser Brown, Rhona Lloyd and Nick De Luca, as well as boxer Johnny Fisher, as an ambassador.
