GRANT Forrest has secured €81,673.04 after a top-10 finish at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
The prestigious tournament came to a close on Monday after torrential rain over the weekend forced the event to be cut to three rounds instead of four.
Forrest, who lives near Haddington, had carded rounds of 65 and 67 to leave himself one shot behind leader Matt Fitzpatrick going into the last day.
The competition is played over the Old Course St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns, with Forrest finishing at Carnoustie.
He scored a final round of 71, which left him in 10th spot on 13-under-par.
Thirty-year-old Forrest finished six shots adrift of Fitzpatrick, who finished on 19-under-par.
Forrest is due to tee off at the Acciona Open de Espana at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid today (Thursday).
