Ross Muir is looking to qualify for the World Snooker Championships after an impressive season
FOUR matches separate Ross Muir from the chance of playing at The Crucible Theatre in the 2023 Cazoo World Championship.
The draw for the qualifiers for the prestigious snooker competition was made on Tuesday.
Musselburgh’s Muir, who earlier this month regained his tour card for the top tier of the sport, will face Oliver Brown in the first round.
The winner will then go on to face Jackson Page in the second round, with the winner then playing Martin Gould.
There will then be one final match, which will feature one of Andrew Pagett, Gao Yang, Duane Jones and Hossein Vafaei.
Qualifiers get under way tomorrow (Monday) in Sheffield.
