Crops have been damaged, and alpacas have been chased by youths acting irresponsibly near John Muir Way according to police.
Police say there have been several reports of antisocial behaviour in the area including underage drinking and littering.
Police have raised concerns about the safety of the youngsters due to the isolated location.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “There have been several reported incidents involving large groups of youths congregating at “The Bowl”, John Muir Way.
“Each morning a clean-up operation has to be carried out, and it is worrying to see the amount of alcohol bottles that have been left behind.
“It is known that a number of the youths are not of legal drinking age, and enquiries into where the alcohol is being purchased is ongoing.
“Crops in nearby fields have been damaged, and a recent incident involved a number of Alpacas being chased within their pen area.
“It should also be noted that several vehicles have been seen entering private land at Hedderwick Farm and East Links Family Park to drop groups of youths off. This practice must stop, or enforcement action will be taken."
“Aside from the aforementioned antisocial behaviour, there is a genuine concern that an intoxicated youth would be unable to receive any required help due to the isolated location.
“Please discuss this matter with your children and enjoy the countryside responsibly.”
