TWO army cadets from North Berwick have shaved their heads for charity.
Cadet Lance Corporals Alexander Rollo and Max Wallace, both from 34 Platoon North Berwick, undertook the challenge on November 16, during their Kohima Company weekend camp in Broxburn.
Their fundraiser for Erskine, a charity supporting veterans that was established in 1916, has raised more than £1,200, far surpassing their initial £300 target.
Sergeant Instructor Alanah Walker, Kohima Company's media representative, said: "LCpl Rollo and LCpl Wallace are an absolute credit to their detachment, company, battalion and parents.
"It's a pleasure to work with such respectful, kind and switched-on young people.
"Their recent promotions were very well deserved."
