A POPULAR snack van has been allowed to remain on its site.
Permission was given for a snack van at Morrison's Haven, near Prestonpans, three years ago.
However, the permission was only for three years and led to M&M Munchies applying for the permission to be extended.
East Lothian Council received no objections from members of the public in relation to the proposals.
Planning officers agreed to extend the permission by a further three years and noted that the permission only applied to the applicant.
