A HADDINGTON man has admitted assaulting an employee at a shop in the town.
Liam Jumelle repeatedly attempted to punch store worker Zain Naeem during an incident at the Nungate Minimarket on Kirk View on July 28.
Jumelle, 20, was arrested after being identified by the employee and he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last month to plead guilty.
Jumelle, of Lammermuir Crescent, was placed on a social work supervision order for the next 15 months and told he must complete 110 hours of unpaid work.
