DUNBAR Table Tennis Club has secured another year of sponsorship from the Dunmuir Hotel.
The support is set to cover the club's two league teams, one of which was promoted from Division Five to Division Four last year, while a new team will compete in Division Five.
The club, which operates on a pay-as-you-play basis, offers players their first session free, with subsequent sessions costing £2.
A spokesperson for the club said: "We are very grateful to the Dunmuir Hotel for the sponsorship for both teams."
Sessions are held every Monday and Friday from 7pm to 9pm, Wednesdays from noon to 2pm, and Thursdays from 10am to noon at the Bleachingfield Centre on Countess Crescent.
Junior sessions are played at Lochend Campus on Fridays.
The club, which provides all equipment free of charge, is run by table tennis enthusiasts who are passionate about teaching and playing the game.
The club's website says: "At Dunbar Table Tennis, we believe that this sport has the power to change lives.
"Table tennis has all kinds of physical, cerebral and emotional benefits attached to it."
The club is non-profit, with sessions open to all ages.
