A THIN strip of land between a housing estate and a busy road could be yours for just £4,000.
The plot of land in Haddington, between Gateside Avenue and the A199, is being auctioned by Future Property Auctions.
The stretch of land, which measures 985sqm, is described as a “superb investment” and notes there is a “huge audience at this site daily as the road leads to [the] new Gateside retail park”.
However, the “unique and unusual lot” does not come with any planning permission and auctioneers admit that they are “unaware” of any previous applications.
They said: “May suit multiple uses, including garden extension.”
An auction takes place next Thursday (November 28) between 10am and 3pm.
