North Berwick Fry & Diner, located on Quality Street, has been serving residents and visitors of the town for 55 years.
Dino Cucci, of the family-run business, said it was "very pleasing to be included in the awards" and thanked his customers and suppliers for supporting the business.
Osteria, on High Street, has said it will be unable to compete in the practical stage for best chef and best antipasto but will attend the ceremony for best family-run business and best restaurant in the East.
Angelo Cocchia, owner of the restaurant for 19 years, said: "I am very pleased to be recognised by the Scottish Italian Awards for all of these.
"Unfortunately, we won't be able to compete for best chef and best antipasto due to staff rotas, but we will try very hard for next year."
The Italian restaurant has picked up numerous awards in recent years from the Scottish Italian Awards and will be looking to add to its collection on the night.
