ENTRIES are now open for North Berwick's festive Santa beach runs, with this year's annual event taking place over three different distances.
Organised by Cath Brookes and Saartje Drijver, this year's event will start on Elcho Green on Christmas Eve, with 2k, 5k and 10k runs available to take part in.
This year's run is raising funds for Médecins Sans Frontièress – an international, independent medical humanitarian organisation, and is aimed at seasoned athletes, casual runners and families.

Last year's event attracted 130 people to run along North Berwick's Elcho Green and Yellowcraig beaches, raising £2,200 for the charity Diapalante in Senegal.
Cath said: "We love organising this event.
"It has become an annual North Berwick tradition with a great community feel.
"We also thinks it's really important to raise funds for an organisation that supports people who are affected by conflict and environmental disaster across the world."
The 2k is for all ages, with children under seven needing to be accompanied by an adult at a price of £6 per entrance. The accompanying adult does not need to pay for their participation.
For the 5k event, runners need to be over the age of 13, 17 for the 10k run, with both of these events priced at £12.
The 2k run will start at 10am, while the 5k and 10k runs will both start together at 10.30am.
In all, 230 spots are open for the events at entrycentral.com/festival/1317
