A NORTH Berwick hotel has promised to "redefine" dining in the area after it launched its new Italian menu.

Marine North Berwick's restaurant, The Lawn, launched its new menu on October 3, promising guests the finest cuisine with a menu they said married the rich, authentic flavours of Italy with the high-quality locally sourced ingredients of Scotland.

Russ Brown, general manager at Marine North Berwick, said: “We are excited and proud to have unveiled our new Italian dining concept at The Lawn at Marine North Berwick, which celebrates culinary excellence.
