EAST Lothian Foodbank has introduced new breakfast sessions to offer support through the difficult winter months.
The ‘Wednesday Wellbeing Breakfast’ will offer a warm space to shield from the cold mornings, as well as providing hot drinks and a light breakfast.
These new sessions begin on Wednesday, October 23, and will take place every week between 9am and 10am at the foodbank on Civic Square, Tranent.

The breakfasts will be complemented with free drop-in sessions from other local charities and community agencies, which will be offering free support.
Dunbar Debt Advice, Enable Works and Home Start East Lothian will be attending during upcoming sessions, which anyone is welcome to attend.
