A NORTH Berwick bus stop is set to get a replacement seat in the "near future", after one of its benches was damaged.
The bus stop on Church Road has been damaged some time in the last two weeks.
East Lothian Council is now set to replace the broken seat, after a member of the public reported it to the Courier and to the local authority.

A council spokesperson said: "A damaged seat was removed and the area made safe following a report from a member of the public about damage to a bus shelter on Church Road, North Berwick.
"We hope to fit a replacement seat in the near future."
