A BREAK-IN and attempted break-in in the early hours of yesterday (Saturday) morning are thought to be linked.
Premises on Musselburgh’s North High Street were targeted at about 3.25am before another business was hit 15 minutes later.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We received a report of an attempted break-in to a premises on North High Street in Musselburgh, around 3.25am on Saturday, October 12.
“A further report of a break-in and theft at a premises on Moray Way, Musselburgh, was received a short time later around 3.40am.
“The incidents are being treated as linked and enquiries are ongoing.”
