PLANS for four ultra-rapid electric vehicle charging bays outside a busy shop have been withdrawn.
An application from Swarco Smart Charging Ltd was lodged with East Lothian Council’s planning department earlier this summer.
Drawings included with the application showed that seven parking bays would be removed from outside Prestonpans’ B&M.
However, the application has now been withdrawn and it is unclear whether a revised application will be submitted.
