THE next Midlothian and East Lothian Chamber business breakfast in Musselburgh will focus on the different personality types at work.
Taking place on October 30, between 8.30am and 10.30am at Queen Margaret University, the Insights Discovery event will be led by Jaclyn Pringle of HR Staple Ltd.

The Insights Discovery model is based on workplace personality types, aiding businesses in understanding employees' strengths, communication styles and preferences.
The approach is said to improve team collaboration and interaction while reducing misunderstandings.
