AN INSIGHT into the work and careers of parents and carers will be offered to youngsters at Dunbar Grammar School.

The secondary school’s S3 will enjoy a careers awareness day on November 19.

The session offers youngsters the chance to find out more about particular careers.

Now, a spokesperson for the school has encouraged parents and carers to come forward and let youngsters know about their job.

They said: “This is an opportunity for our students to speak with someone whose career choice interests them and to explore areas they may not have considered before.”
