DRIVERS were advised to "use caution" this morning after a crash on the A1 in East Lothian, with delays expected at the time.
Traffic Scotland published an alert on its site at 8.04am, stating that the westbound (northbound) flow of traffic close to Tranent was restricted.
Queuing traffic and stationary traffic has been reported since the incident.

The Traffic Scotland alert reads: "The A1 northbound at Tranent is currently restricted, due to a road traffic collision.
"Road users are advised to use caution on approach."
At 8.36am, Traffic Scotland updated drivers that the scene was now clear.
On social media, they said: "The A1 at Tranent has fully reopened following an earlier road traffic incident."
