AN AMBULANCE took a person to hospital after an incident in Prestonpans this afternoon.
The Scottish Ambulance Service received the a call at 1.02pm to attend an incident on Hawthorn Road.
One person was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 1.02pm to attend an incident on Hawthorn Road, Prestonpans.
"An ambulance was dispatched to the scene and one patient was transported to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.”
