A CONVERTED garage could be used as a short-term holiday let for two months of the year.
Proposals with East Lothian Council’s planning department show that changes have been carried out to the garage on Doctor Gracie Drive in Prestonpans.
The property has operated as a holiday let for the past two years, with Graham Shearer applying for the change of use.
The short-term holiday let would be used during July and August only, with people staying on average for three nights.
A decision on the application is expected by the end of next month.
