“It has been a privilege to share our culture, cuisine and passion.

“I am thankful to my team. Without their hard work and dedication, this achievement would have been impossible.”

Spice Awards is an annual event created to reward Asian and Indian cuisine across Scotland.

The independent voting campaign runs annually, and communities from across the country are invited to support their favourite local and national businesses by voting for them via an online voting system.

The award ceremony was held at the Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow early last month.
