A 65-YEAR-OLD man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh following yesterday's one-vehicle crash involving a motorcyclist on the A198 in North Berwick.
Police officers were called to the scene at about 12.30pm on Thursday, east of the roundabout on Tantallon Road, opposite Tesco; the road was re-opened following the incident.
The incident resulted in the 120 bus service being unable to serve passengers in North Berwick.

At the time, Lothian Buses said: "Due to a road closure, buses are unable to serve North Berwick and are instead terminating short at Rhodes Holdings until further notice."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 12.30pm on Thursday, September 12, we were called to a report of a one-vehicle motorcycle crash on the A198 near North Berwick.
"A 65-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment and the road was closed for recovery."
