AN APPEAL has been launched to try to trace a woman in connection with an incident on a train in East Lothian.
The train was travelling between Edinburgh and Dunbar on August 7.
The incident took place on board the 7.11pm TransPennine Express service from the Capital to Liverpool Lime Street.
Officers believe the woman in the CCTV image may have information which could help with their investigation.
The woman is described as white, in her thirties and approximately 5ft 3in tall, with blonde hair and a Scottish accent.
She was wearing a grey hoodie, black bumbag, white trainers and black sunglasses, and was in the company of a younger woman.
Anyone who recognises the person is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2400099303.
