THE Edinburgh & East of Scotland Cat Club is holding its 65th all-breed championship cat show in Musselburgh.
The event takes place on Saturday, September 21, in the sports centre at Queen Margaret University.
Visitors will get the chance to see the fabulous felines, visit the stalls and win raffle prizes.
The Edinburgh & East of Scotland Cat Club was formed in 1949 and is now a group of cat lovers who seek to promote the welfare of all cats and to hold an annual show. It became affiliated to the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF) in the 1970s.
Almost any pedigree cat registered with the GCCF can be shown, as can non-pedigree household pets.
The show will be open to the public from noon. Tickets cost £5 for an adult, £3 for concessions and a family ticket (two adults and two children under-16) is £10.
