MUSSELBURGH East Community Learning Centre hosts The Big Pick Re-use Clothing Sale on Wednesday.
Organised by East Lothian Health & Social Care Partnership, the event, which is cash only, will run from 11am to 2pm, with the aim of stopping local textile poverty.
There is the chance to pick through a variety of clothes, many brand new or barely worn. Adults and children’s clothes, including shoes and jackets, will be available.
The event, at the centre on Haddington Road, is being organised with the support of Reuse Scotland SCIO and the East Lothian community payback team.
People can support The Big Pick by donating their unwanted clothes, shoes and textiles at the black textile banks located at East Lothian recycling centres.
