AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after quad bikes, a vehicle and equipment were stolen from properties in the Lammermuir Hills.
Thefts from Oldhamstocks and Spott in the early hours of Monday morning were highlighted on social media.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We’ve received reports of a number of high-value thefts from rural properties in the East Lothian area between Sunday, August 25, and Monday, August 26.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
