A SUCCESSFUL music festival at the weekend has raised more than £1,000 for the Walk With Scott Foundation.
The event took place on Saturday at Cockenzie House and Gardens as part of its EH32 Live festival.
Live music entertained the crowds throughout the day, with a number of local singers and bands included in the line-up.
Stevie Clark, Owen McAlpine, George Logan & Auld Hat, The Tones and Gareth Evans all lit up the outdoor stage, while two young up-and-coming bands, Black Diamond and MDMF, also proved a hit.
Licensed bars kept everyone in supply of alcohol and a range of food options kept attendees well fed throughout the day.
The music festival earned £1,040, which will be added to the fundraising pot from the biggest event on the charity’s calendar, a walk through the streets of East Lothian, taking place next Saturday (August 31).

Karen Kidd, secretary for the Walk With Scott Foundation, said in a Facebook post celebrating the success of the event: “All funds will be going to The Haven, where we will be supporting children with mental health challenges and their family too, reminding them that they're not alone.”
The Haven is based in The Fraser Centre in Tranent, and supports families living in the area struggling with a range of mental health-related issues.
The aim is to expand these services to other areas of East Lothian.
Karen added: “My heart is very full. Thank you again from all at Walk With Scott Foundation.”
