The description of the café on Rightbiz's website, reads: "Tea at Tiffanys is located in North Berwick, which is one of Scotland’s coastal gems in stunning East Lothian.

"This picturesque seaside town is only a 30-minute train journey from Edinburgh (20 miles to the west); however, the pace of living is much more relaxed.

"Our clients have owned and operated Tea at Tiffanys for 16 years and during that time they have built up a loyal local following, as well as catering for the many visitors and holidaymakers that make their way to beautiful North Berwick all year round.

"The business trades as a traditional cafe/coffee shop with class 3 consent, offering breakfast, brunch and lunches, as well as a fine selection of homemade scones and cakes served with coffee and tea."
