A "CHARMING" café in East Lothian has gone on the market after 16 years of the current owners running it.
Tea at Tiffanys, located in North Berwick, boasts a 30-seat coffee house on High Street and has been put on Rightbiz's website with a leasehold guide price of £37,500.
Owners Eric and Anne Mckenzie, have run the café for 16 years and, during that time, have built a "loyal local following" from locals and visitors.

Annual rent for the café is set at £15,600.
The description of the café on Rightbiz's website, reads: "Tea at Tiffanys is located in North Berwick, which is one of Scotland’s coastal gems in stunning East Lothian.
