MORE than half a dozen art galleries at the heart of East Lothian are joining forces to create a special art trail.
The eight galleries, which can be found from the Smeaton Estate, near East Linton, to North Berwick, Fenton Barns and Aberlady, encourage people to visit the East Lothian countryside and see artwork in picturesque settings.
The Greenhouse Gallery can be found at Smeaton Estate while Karen Monaghan can be found in Smeaton Nursery Gardens.
The Scottish Ornithologists’ Club’s headquarters at Waterston House on the outskirts of Aberlady is also part of the trail.
At Fenton Barns, people are urged to visit Hangar Art & Framing, as well as Kirsten Boston, who mainly paints in acrylics and watercolours.
Meanwhile, Westgate Gallery, Rock & Bird and whynot? can all be found in North Berwick.
