FOR the first time in 25 years, the Preston Lodge High School play returned to the secondary school at the end of last term.
Over three evenings, pupils performed the popular musical Annie, from June 12 to 14.
About 700 people attended the shows put on by staff, students and friends of Preston Lodge, with Ruby Hunter playing the title role.
Gavin Clark, headteacher at Preston Lodge, said: "Annie was an amazing return for the Preston Lodge School Show, after 25 years' absence, and it really brought our community together, after an unusually challenging year.
"Many thanks to all the staff, students and friends of Preston Lodge who made the show possible, and to all those who joined us for three nights of fabulous entertainment.
"Thanks too to Alexa Hill, from Moments By Alexandra, for taking so many wonderful pictures of the show."
