Four-legged friends are invited to join their owners for Doghailes 2024 at Newhailes House in Musselburgh on Sunday.
A fun day out for all the family, featuring competitions, shopping and food and drink, is in store at the National Trust for Scotland visitor attraction from 10am to 4pm.
There are competitions for the waggiest tail, most appealing eyes, scruffiest dog, golden oldie aged eight and over, precious pup under one, best rescue, shiniest coat and best fancy dress.
The breed meet-up times are: noon, Labradors; 12.30pm, dachshunds; 1pm, sight hounds; 1.30pm, retrievers; 2pm, spaniels; 2.30pm, terriers; 3pm, collies; and 3.30pm, mixed breeds.
General admission for all those attending aged two years and older is £2; entry for competitions is £2 per dog, per category. Book in advance via shorturl.at/8vTWo
