SWEDEN'S Ludvig Aberg holds a one-shot lead at the halfway stage of the Genesis Scottish Open.
A second six-under-par round of 64 ensures Aberg is one shot ahead - at 12-under-par - of France's Antoine Rozner at The Renaissance Club.
It is congested at the top of the leaderboard with Matteo Manassero and Sungjae Im one shot further back and then a group of six golfers, including Rory McIlroy and Collin Morikawa, on nine-under-par.
Home hopes remain with Robert MacIntyre (-8) and Connor Syme (-6) making the cut.
And a one-under-par round of 69 from Pencaitland's Grant Forrest was enough to see him make the cut and sit on four-under-par at the halfway stage of the competition.
Among those missing out were Luke Donald, Jordan Spieth and former champion Bernd Wiesberger.
