EAST Lothian interest at the Genesis Scottish Open should extend into the weekend.
Grant Forrest, of Pencaitland, shot a second round one-under-par 69 to move onto four-under-par overall at The Renaissance Club.
Currently, that puts him two strokes clear of the projected cut, with names including Luke Donald, Calum Hill and Jordan Spieth looking as if they could miss out.

Sweden’s Ludvig Aberg currently tops the standings on 12-under-par.
Antoine Rozner, of France, is one shot further back, while there are a number of golfers, including defending champion Rory McIlroy, still out on the course.
