A HADDINGTON man has admitted breaching a court bail order on two occasions after he had been told not to have any contact with a woman.
David Rose, 50, was granted bail at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on June 30 last year with the conditions he did not enter the town’s Kennedy Court or approach or contact the woman.
But Rose failed to adhere to the strict regulations and was caught attempting to contact the woman on several occasions between July 30 and August 14 last year.
He also breached the court order for a second time by entering Kennedy Court and contacting the woman on March 26.
Rose, of Florabank Road, pleaded guilty to both offences when he appeared in the dock at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Tuesday.
Sentence was deferred to later this month.
