DELAYS in traffic lights allowing pedestrians to safely cross the road have been highlighted.
A pedestrian crossing is in place on Dunbar’s Spott Road, near where it cuts under the East Coast Mainline.
The time it takes to turn to a green man was highlighted at a meeting of the town’s community council.
Rena Keller, group member, said: “It is a really long wait. I have watched kids on bikes and they are not waiting.”
