A GROUP keen to retain green space earmarked for a housing development hosts its annual general meeting on Saturday.
Haddington Central Tenants’ and Residents’ Association (HCTRA) meets in the town’s Trinity Centre at 10am.
HCTRA has raised concerns about plans to transform the former Herdmanflat Hospital site, with East Lothian Council weighing up proposals to build nearly 150 homes on the land.

The HCTRA spokesperson said: “This is a great opportunity to hear updates on our projects, including the exciting progress with the Herdmanflat project. Participate in the election of new office bearers and share your ideas and feedback to help shape the future of HCTRA.”
