Trains have been cancelled due to lack of staff
A NUMBER of trains have been cancelled between North Berwick and Edinburgh due to a lack of staff.
Train operator ScotRail issued alerts earlier this morning, for trains travelling to and from the Capital on June 17.
Two of this afternoon's train journeys, the 1.41pm to North Berwick, and the 2.22pm from North Berwick will not be running.
The alert said: "Disruption has been reported to services between Edinburgh and North Berwick.
"The 13:41 will be cancelled due to a shortage of train crew."
The other alert said: "Disruption has been reported to services between North Berwick and Edinburgh.
"The 14:22 will be cancelled due to a shortage of train crew."
ScotRail have been contacted for comment.
