AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after four off-road style motorbikes were stolen.

Police are appealing for information following the break-in at a property "in the Humbie area".

The four orange KTM off-road style bikes were taken between 9am on Friday and 12.30pm on Sunday.

The registration plates of the bikes are: OY73 RWN, SR21 JKX, VF18 BYK and VU20 XBT.

Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and officers are appealing for information.

Detective Sergeant Ryan Gilhooly said: “These are distinctive motorbikes and I’m appealing to anyone who has seen them since Friday or has information on their whereabouts to get in touch with us.

“If you have dashcam, doorbell footage or CCTV of the Humbie and surrounding areas, please review this to see if you have captured anything which may help our investigation.”
