A 1920s-themed fundraiser has been declared a roaring success.
The newly formed Friends of Home-Start East Lothian hosted the afternoon tea, which took place on Sunday.
Seventy-three guests were invited to join in the fun, dressing to the theme, taking part in some fun table games, a raffle and browsing the local craft stalls.
During the afternoon at Whitekirk Hill, entertainment was provided by Knox Academy Jazz band.
The Tranent-based charity help families in East Lothian who have young children by providing a volunteer to visit them in their own homes regularly for friendship and support.
A spokesperson for the good cause said: “The event was held at Whitekirk Hill, who provided a wonderful afternoon tea, beautifully presented within the theme colours of black and gold.
“The weather was amazing, allowing guests to explore two stunning 1920s cars generously donated for the afternoon by Keith Johnston and Gregor Robertson.
“A huge thank you to all who attended, bought raffle tickets or donated one of the many amazing raffle prizes.”
They added: “The amount raised is still to be confirmed but is in excess of £1,200.”
