A TRANENT man was caught in a farm shed where it was believed he intended to steal property.
Craig Livingstone, of Morrison Avenue, was found in the cart shed at the Brand Family Farm in East Fortune without lawful authority on December 20, 2022.
Court papers state that it was inferred the 38-year-old intended to commit theft at the farm.
He appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Wednesday to plead guilty to the charge.
Sheriff Charles Walls fined Livingstone £198.
