A FREE event about all things property, tailored specifically to the East Lothian property market, is to be held at Marine North Berwick next Thursday (May 30).
The East Lothian Prosecco & Property Mixer event is hosted by property expert ESPC in collaboration with solicitor estate agencies Gilson Gray, Coulters, Garden Stirling Burnet and Paris Steele.
The event takes place from 5.30pm to 7pm.
It will offer a unique opportunity for buyers, homeowners and those thinking of selling a home in East Lothian to enjoy an evening of insightful discussion about the local market.
The solicitor estate agents will share information and insights into current trends and market projections in East Lothian, and advice on navigating the property landscape in a notoriously competitive region.
There will also be the chance to hear from local interior designers and garden experts KT Design and The Lady Gardener, who will share their tips on making homes appealing.
Ash McInulty, head of member services at ESPC, said: “We regularly host free property advice events at our property information centre in Edinburgh city centre, and they are always incredibly popular, so we are very excited to be bringing an event to the people of East Lothian, right on their doorstep at the beautiful Marine hotel.
“The East Lothian property market is always interesting, and we know that aspiring homeowners and those thinking of selling always have lots of questions about the right way to proceed in such a competitive location.
“In collaboration with our member firms, who are the experts in the region, we are looking forward to hosting those thinking of buying or selling in East Lothian and answering their most pressing questions, so that they can proceed confidently on their property journey.”
