A NEW board of directors will be appointed to North Berwick Community Development Company next month.
The group can provide a vehicle for large-scale community projects, including external funding applications and asset transfers.
An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) takes place from 7pm at the town’s community centre on June 5.
A spokesperson for the group said the meeting would provide “an opportunity for the company to decide on its future and relaunch”.
They added: “It will also be the time for a new board of directors to be appointed – anyone who wishes to get involved is asked to contact northber wickcdc@gmail.com
“Membership is open to anyone living in the North Berwick coastal area.
“There is no financial obligation in becoming a member but it does give the right to vote at AGMs and EGMs.”
