A new dementia-friendly cafe is set to open in Prestonpans Community Centre.
The cafe, run by Alzheimer Scotland, will be open between 2pm and 3.30pm today (Wednesday), and following the initial opening it will be open on the fourth Thursday of each month thereafter.
The cafe will provide support, information, carers’ group and activities for those with dementia and those taking care of them.
