A PORT Seton pensioner has been remanded in custody following allegations of behaving in a sexual manner at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Robert Cockburn is alleged to have intentionally engaged in sexual activity, in the presence of two women, by allegedly committing a solo sex act under his clothing at the hospital on April 7.
Cockburn, of Links View, appeared in the dock from custody at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Tuesday, where he lodged a not guilty plea.
Sheriff Kenneth Campbell remanded the 76-year-old in custody and the hearing will continue later this month.
