A LUXURY venue and a converted bus will feature in a quest to find Scotland’s Greatest Escapes.
Gilmerton House, near Athelstaneford, and The Bus Stop, near Gifford, are among the holiday accommodation and escapes featured on the BBC programme.
Tomorrow’s (Wednesday) episode looks at luxury as wrestling personality and actor Grado, who tries his hand at croquet, meets industry experts Marina Huggett and Masood Kohdadadi in East Lothian.
They get the chance to meet Electra the bald eagle as they take part in falconry at Gilmerton House.
The Georgian mansion venue, near the Museum of Flight, hosts private stays, golfing retreats, corporate events and weddings throughout the year.

The episode, which is screened on BBC Scotland at 8pm, also features Cromlix, which was bought by Sir Andy Murray and wife Kim in 2013, and Links House, at Dornoch.
Gilmerton House can accommodate up to 20 guests in its 10 “opulently designed” bedrooms.
Costing between £2,000 and £4,000 per night for the entire mansion, it offers guests the chance to enjoy the culinary delights of their own private chef.
Next Wednesday, it is the turn of ‘budget friendly’ destinations as judges Fiona Campbell and Zakia Moulaoui Guery visit a trio of accommodations.

The duo start off at Balnagown Estate, near Inverness, before heading east to Shepherd’s Loch Glamping in Aberdeenshire.
Finally, they make the trip south to The Bus Stop at Bankrugg Farm, between East Saltoun and Gifford.
Grado chats to owners Balfour and son Sandy Stewart about the inspiration behind their business while Fiona and Zakia tuck into afternoon tea along with The Bus Stop’s friendly pygmy goats.
